Shipping and delivery

All of our stock orders are dispatched by UPS. We aim to deliver all UK orders within 72 hours of the order being placed.

Please be aware that someone will need to sign for your item; UPS usually deliver between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.

The delivery charges will vary depending on your delivery address.

Returns and exchanges

We will accept returns or exchanges of plain stock products within 14 days from the date of delivery if the goods are in the original condition with all labels, tags and bags intact.

We are unable to accept returns of any personalised or customised products, except in the case of a manufacturing fault.

We will reimburse the return delivery costs* incurred where proof of cost is provided. We recommend using a method of delivery that can be tracked, as we will not be able to process a refund or exchange if the item(s) are not received.

*A maximum of £8 will be reimbursed for UK postage and a maximum of £25 will be reimbursed for orders placed outside of the UK.

Please ensure that we are notified of your return or exchange by email or include a letter with your return parcel, stating why you are returning the item.

Refunds will be processed within 10 working days and will be refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase.
